Terms of Use

Effective date: 11 September 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Libre iOS app ("Libre", "the app"), published by LIMED (3 rue Françoise Dolto, 75013 Paris, France) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Apple's Standard EULA

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, applies to your use of the app in addition to these Terms.

2. What Libre does

Libre shows Paris restaurants with free tables, using publicly available availability data that we refresh periodically. When you choose a restaurant, you book on that restaurant's own booking platform (an external website or app). That booking is governed by the terms of that platform, not by these Terms.

Libre does not take reservations, does not take payments for meals, and does not guarantee a table.

3. No affiliation

Libre is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any restaurant or any booking platform. Restaurant names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Availability data

Availability information is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate: tables can be booked by others at any moment, and restaurants may change their availability without notice. A table shown in Libre is only confirmed once the restaurant or its booking platform confirms your reservation.

5. Libre Pro subscription

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Libre for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or extract its data in bulk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for bookings made on third-party platforms, including cancellations, no-shows, fees, deposits or disputes with a restaurant or booking platform, nor for any loss arising from reliance on availability information shown in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to the app and to these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the app. We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
